The Socks server is trying to look for the registry key that holds the
name of the Named Pipe that it uses to communicate with the Socks5
Watcher (stored in your registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/NEC/NT
Socks5/1.0/SOCKS Monitor File)
Even if you are not running the Watcher, the Socks server still needs
the information. Typically, its value is set to be "\\.\PIPE\mon.pip"
You might try this out...
