I agree with you. There has to be a point we're security falls back into
the lap of department managers. It would be nice if there was a mechanism
that would automatically get rid of 'bad things that people do', but frogs
don't have wings and the mechanism doesn't exist. Management needs to be
accountable at some level and an issue like this is one way to get them
into the loop.
