Based on a couple of references on building firewalls, I found out the
source routing enabled can present problems for those administrators
that are performing packet filtering on either IP or ports.  I use CISCO
routers (7000, 4500, 2500).  

1. Could someone please explain this kind of vulnerability?

2. Do CISCO routers have souce routing enabled by default?
