I am looking for full time staff members for a core firewall
infrastructure group -- no offense to consultants/contractors,
but I really need staff members.

The group is a set of folks who are the architects and designers 
for the company firewall and projects/services that will use it.

The company is a financial business in downtown Boston, MA.
