These questions are not easily answered. Perhaps someone could take a
survey and post _statistical_ results, but few companies' results will
exactly match the results.
What is important to one company will be irrelevant to another; it all
depends on environment, requirements and practices.
Really, each company must determine its own security needs. No one
else can tell you (unless you hire/retain someone to analyze your
environment).
