According to a tech guy at Oracle Germany, their SQL*Net application
level gateway will only be available on platforms which are already
supported by Oracle (which BSD/OS is not ... go complain to Oracle
about a BSDI port)

TIS Gauntlet is also available for other architectures than BSDI.
