We hate people overloading undefined protocols on HTTP.

Provide a description of the protocol and a sample proxy source that runs
on UNIX using the Berkeley socket calls. NT and Winsock are close enough
that it shouldn't be a big deal porting things there.

Same response. If you're putting something through our firewalls we want
to be able to filter it intelligently.
