Son,

There used to be an old product - been a while since I've seen it, but it 
tried to duplicate TIS FWTK on an Intel-based Windows environment.  The 
company was called "Elemental".

I assume by PC, that you mean Microsoft?  You can always run Linux, one 
of the many free BSDs, Solaris x86, or others and use any of a number of 
commercial products which I can guarantee would be better than a 
Microsoft Windows based Firewall.
