I didn't say the PRODUCT didn't work great (though I'd certainly
argue that too!) but that support was problematic because the
lack of familiarity with x86 at sunservice and checkpoint tends
to cause various problems like obscuring the real problem, making
folks go down paths they normally wouldn't with diags, or not aving
the exact equipment to duplicate a problem.
