sure - use the news reader of netscape, which is a pretty good one 
(although I miss the old days of downloading qwk packages and reading 
them offline)  - Problem! you isp won't let you connect without a dialup 
connection, cause they can't charge you for the time!!!		
one alternative may be to telnet in and use the isp's trn program (yuk!)
anyone know of a socksable telnet for W95?
