You say no FWTK, I am assuming that in light of your comment that
commerically supported products are required, Have you considered TIS
Gauntlet, a commercially supported derrivative of their FWTK ! It is
both reliable (in my experience ;-) ) and relatively easy to support
and manage. The only potential problem is the performance issues at
high line speeds. But if that is the indication, you are more than
likely to encounter those problems with most '2-way' proxy based
products. If you don't want to licence Gauntlet from TIS, then they
do have a number of representatives in europe (e.g. UUNET PIPEX -
Cambridge UK for one).

Just 'cause a piece of technology is 'PD' or 'Shareware' or the like
is not neccesarilly an indication of low quality.
