Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.01 with 128 bit encryption is available
at http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/default2.htm
Good luck at trying to get it. Microsoft has grossly underestimated
the demand for the product. I've been trying for the last two weeks
to download it late at night PST time with no Luck.
