correct me if I'm wrong,.....but last I remembered, it was illegal to use
US state or federal paid for services for your own personal business affairs
(ie-government paid for telco calls or computer services or postal services)
I'd be careful slinging that *us-state.gov email addy around for your
business affairs, if I were you and that was the case.
Then again, although I'm a US citizen, I have been out of the states for
a few months now on business, so maybe things changed in the last few
months (doubt it tho...in fact, I seem to recall a fine of 300 dollers
per incident, now that I think about it).
