Hello world,
I'm trying to install a Solstice FW-1 host to separate segments of a
private LAN. It basically would allow only telnet, smtp and ping across
it along with the NMS protocol of the Hypercom router.

The catch is that I was told by the Hypercom-representative engineers
here that they do not know what type of TCP/IP protocol that their NMS
server uses (yes, it is rather amusing to a certain extent, I know) to
remotely manage and configure their remote routers. They told me that
their NMS protocol was proprietary and that they would call me up as soon
as they identify it. That was Thursday last week and it has been a full 6
days since then.
Would you help me identify this so called proprietary Hypercom NMS
protocol? I would rather not wade through the FW-1 log file of...

last any any any long log gateways
Many thanks,
Drexx.
