	I think Colin was asking about unencumbered export.  Could you
comment on TIS's estimates of the "Snowman" workfactor?  I.e., how
much it would cost to get the keys from outside the organization using
your product?

	This is actually a significant restriction.  Qualcomm was
denied permission to export 3des to their Hong Kong office.
