No bloody way. I recently clocked an NT machine handling more HTTP hits
per hour than anything else I've seen. I've seen absolutely no
performance problems with IP on NT. Got a bum nic? poorly written
drivers?

Grin, sorry Todd, all my racing machines are on the track right now and
since, as you know, time is money, I don't think you could afford to
have me bring them down to jog around the block with you...;-] Now if
you want to test the performance of my home 56KB Frame Relay link,
that's a different story...;-]
