NO, most of the xxx sites do not contain a html meta in the web page header
that look like this:

if they do have this that it is VERY easy Just have to filter the web pages containing this kind
fo meta... Of course there also other words but there is no place for them here...

But do you think that they REALLY want to be filtered out ?
This is why it is not a perfect method but it you can obtain good results...
By logging the access of these files and find the employees interested in this, you can
avoid a lot of cases like this since one they know you are watching, they will avoid
this.
