yes. one of the features of the new BIND release by paul vixie is
dynamic update abilities. this is really useful in the context of DHCP. in
fact, the ISC is supposed to have a DHCP client available with the latest
BIND code that will perform pushes of hostname/address pairs into DNS
dynamically. see also: www.isc.org
