Firewalls (May 1997) |
NT was made as an O/s that anyone can use out of the box. It was
designed to be able to be secured. It is NOT by default a secure
system by any means. The same is true for unix, just that most people
are less likely to think they are able to secure unix. Knowing an O/s
is one thing, being able to secure it is anther. I have not seen many
people secure an NT station correctly (not that it is difficult).
