After SP3 AFAIK at least 2 new bugs in MS DNS was discovered and
unfortunately this reboot thing may be required more than "once every
several weeks" even in a smaller organization. May be it is ibest to
switch to a bind based DNS even it sacrifices good things like DHCP and
WINS.
