Subject: client can't reach port 82

First, I'm not a firewall expert (which I why I read
this list!), and only know some basics. Someone came
to me and asked why they couldn't reach a Lotus Corp
Web site from within their company's firewall, but
could easily get to it from their home PC via ISP.
I looked at the site and it's using port 82. My
guess was that their firewall was set up to block
any incoming data from non-standard (port 80) ports.

Is this right?
