A certain ISP has set it so you can not change your password
using the passwd command.
One has to make a phone call to them everytime you want to
change it. My concern is what is there to prevent eavesdropping
when saying the password over the telephone. Do any other
ISP's practice this worrying method ?
What do you think, is this a safe practice for the ISP
to be employing ?
