Hi to everybody!!

I need a bit of help!

This is my problem:
I have a CISCO Router 2509!!
with 8 ports asyncronics!
Here I can put my modems!

The users are added here into the router... and the router is the ONLY ONE
that vlidate the password!! 

The ports and the modems are Okay!
but when an user try to connect ...
the connection is refused!! (aborted)
with: INVALID LOGIN
I have disabled the password checking and I can not connect to!

Any ideas??
Help please!!
Clues??
