This is a most distasteful use of a technical mail list. You want to
play "headhunter"? Then you should use the appropriate news groups,
"putz."

I'm quite dissatisfied with the number of personal and unprofessional
judgements/comments that are broadcast to this list; there is no place
here, in my opinion, by those that feel the need to broadcast their
listserv dogma!
I am personally not offended by someone looking to fill personnel billets
thru this list, even if they would be better served through a newsgroup
or other listservs; i cant read 'em all, and if i get a bit of what the
market is up to here, so be it.
If someone blatantly breaches protocol, then that person should be
corrected personally and directly, and even banned form the list if
necessary. It is totally unprofessional, again, in my opinion, to
blatantly lambast someone in broadcast mode, with the sole intention of
demeaning and embarrassing; as if that were a deterrent.
And this is a mild example...
