Well, I was all ready to go learn about network security, so I went
to the Microsoft web page to download this paper. It's a .exe file.
So to learn about how Microsoft has licked this internet security
thing, I have to download a binary off a web page, bring it inside
my firewall, and run it on my pc. I see.

Well, I don't happen to have anything handy that can run one of those
.exe file thingies, nor anything that can read the Microsoft Word
document that is no doubt lurking within it, so I guess I'll have to
look elsewhere.
