radio clock & xntpd

I'm looking for a radio clock (presumably VHF, since the clock will
sit inside of a locked room) that will tie to the serial port on
a SPARCserver and provide time information to UNIX xntpd.

Can anyone recommend a vendor for an xntpd-compatible radio clock? 
(GPS clocks may be a better investment, but they won't work inside
a windowless room :-)
