I'm generally happy with Sun as a company, but have had problems with
their support of FW-1. This may be because it is/(was) a fairly new
product and the Checkpoint relationship a relatively new one.
Sun's support was not very good, they lagged Checkpoint on patches, and
we had to wait several months for a version upgrade to be available as
the Sun "brand" after the Checkpoint version was released.
