Just a small query on ping
   I am trying to ping a host on the Internet and i get the following messages
   
   ping : wrote  205.112.x.y (ip address)  64 chars , ret = -1
   ping : send to : Permission denied

The host is unreachable but this kind of messages is new to me. Any pointers.
