Gregg,
You can get the Matrox Shark to work in the Ipsilon platform for
FireWall-1 (FW-1 Rls 3.0).  It also supports FDDI.  It's not NT, but it
is Intel hardware.  Can be a black-box firewall or an integrated
router/firewall.
