The UNIX program vacation examines the headers of incoming mail for tags
that indicate a mailing list or other such things. One example tag is
"Precedence: Bulk". It does not send these replies to "bulk" lists.
I examined the headers of your message and it did not contain these
tags; perhaps the problem is with the greatcircle majordomo and not Dale
Frincke's vacation-like software.
