Corrollary: You can evaluate a firewall vendor by the number of
example "how-to"s supplied in the documentation.
This includes not only the manual, but also the
web site. Common things like explaining about an
internal hail hub ('mailhost') for the internal part
of the mail system, how to set up split DNS and similar
are all included.
Observation: There are a LOT of firewall vendors who are not supplying
anywhere near enough documentation to give their customers
the 'warm fuzzies'.
