Very interesting article.  

However, recent experience suggests that there must be more here than meets 
the eye...
The most recent example that I can think of is a substantial Government 
purchase agreement, 400+ firewalls, where CheckPoint didn't make the cut as 
a product offering....? However, their competitors, Raptor & TIS, passed 
all the tests and met the requirements - no problem.  There are many other 
commercial examples as well.....
