I had tried to setup the LDAP protocol on MS proxy server, NM still
didn't work. Then I downloaded the NM resource kit (basically just a
huge Word document) and it listed the all the protocols that need to
be proxied (RTP, T.120 and something else). After those protocols were
added, you can run a NM session through the proxy.
If you are trying to get NM to work through a proxy or firewall, I
strongly recommend you download that document and read the firewall
section. You can get it from http://www.microsoft.com/netmeeting
