Subject: Danger of Established packets

How much danger is involved allowing all established TCP packets in
to a network. Seems like the only damage they could do would be
if someone could spew some data in to a system by hijacking the
session. Seems like this would be rather difficult to do remotely,
without being able to "sniff" the existing session.

Any thoughts?
