Ok, now that we have discussed how bad things are here is a question for those
making the hiring desisions.
We have been discussing the problems in terms of how bad auditing firms are and
how to tell if you are getting good people assigned to the job.
Now for the other side of the coin.
What should a newcomer do?
1. CISSP and other certs
I have heard people say that the CISSP is good and others say that it is a
work and learn. This goes without saying, but what should we concentrate on
learning to make ourselves useful and salable?
