If you have a UNIX machine on the same segment as the win95 client you
can use the snoop command on the UNIX machine to monitor the
networktraffic and figure out on which port and protocol the win95
client is trying.
snoop -o output.dat host <ip number of the server or the client>
This makes a file called output.dat that contains info about all the
packets that traffeld to or from that host for as long as it is running.
So when it runs try with your client to connect to server with SQL*Net.
After that stop the snoop process with Contol-C
Please read on don't try something like more or cat output.dat but use:
snoop -v -i ouput.dat | more
Good luck.
