I'm fairly new to the Internet, but I'm interested in setting up my
own list. I have no idea what that entails (that's why I joined this
list), but I felt I might as well ask now...
1) Are there public domain list serving programs?
2) What's a good site to find such programs?
3) Would I need permission from my postmaster/site to start a list?
(I realize each site probably has it's own rules, but I'd like
to know what the norm is regarding lists and their sites.)
Well, that's about it... I'm sure I'll think of more questions at a
later date.
