There is no changes to resend. From resend:
# If the first argument is "@filename", read the real arguments
# from "filename", and shove them onto the ARGV for later processing

In your aliases, you'd specify '... wrapper resend @/path/to/filename' and put
all the arguements to resend in /path/to/filename
