Recommendation needed - MLM service provider for $'s

Can anyone recommend a commercial service provider with mailing list 
services?  I am NOT looking for a freebie.

I'm seeking a home for a small, specialty automotive enthusiast list with 
around 120 subscribers running 2-6 posts per day.  The current host has 
proven unreliable and I need to move the list soon.

I'd appreciate any suggestions on who I should contact.
