Well, I do that but also ...

The headers that trigger this (I've not bothered to find out which
one, in particular) are X-Pmrqc: and X-Confirm-Reading-To:

I think it's the former that causes the main problem, but I strip both
out anyway, since the second appears to be completely wrong, as most
pegasus confirmations get sent back to the list address (which is the
Reply-To on my list), regardless of its content.
