	Gotta agree with ya.  If someone starts harassing other members of
the lists I run, I warn them once, and if they keep it up, I bounce them,
and then ban them from resubscribing for a month.  If they keep at it
after the moneth, I warn them one more time (not nearly as politely this
time), and if they persist, they are not going to be allowed back on, ever.

	I make it clear from the start that abusive behavior is not welcome
on my lists, and that regardless of what the listmembers say, the buck stops
here, with me.  I once got a little "delegation" of sorts from the members,
and the end result was, after some investigation, warning some of the people
who asked me to intervene, not the guy who they were trying to get rid of.
