I've made a couple of changes to my document explaining to
Exchange users how to avoid accidental attachments, and also put
it on the web.

or by sending the command 'send exchange' to
uk-motss-SERVER@dircon.co.uk
As always, other list managers are welcome to take the text and
incorporate it into their own documents, as long as you don't
pass it all off as your own work. When I've figured out how to
stop those NetScape attachments in Messenger4, I'll write that up
too.
