I have not noticed any increase in their frequency.
However, given that AOL's incoming lines are overloaded lately and customers
are having difficulty logging in, it doesn't surprise me that some who
previously were diligent about cleaning out their mailboxes now can't manage
to get into AOL to take care of their mail, so their boxes fill up while they
struggle fruitlessly to get past the busy signals.
