Juno Online Services announced earlier in the year that they
were killing the free 800 access number for users. Users have
been closing and abandoning their Juno accounts in droves. This
is why many of you may be seeing an increase in "User Unknown" and
"Mailbox Full" bounces from your Juno subscribers.
I can assure you that none on this list has seen as many bounces
from Juno subscribers as I.
