   Juno doesn't allow e-mail over 61k.

Message size limits aren't a feature just of Juno.

There are sites, mostly outside the US that limit mail to 25k.

50k seems to be common these days.

I would set up 2 digest lists.  One with your current policy, and one
that did a digest every 25k or 50k.
