Like everyone else said, it has nothing to do with the First Amendment, so
you can tell them to shove it, BUT on the other hand, you are saying it's
not moderated yet you have people on "ignore". To be fair, you should tell
them to "shape up or ship out". If they can't be respectful of others on
the list, they don't deserve to be on there in the first place. I say kick
them off and let them sue.
