Your messages got held for review because the address you're posting from
(garyb@fxt.com) isn't the same as what you're subscribed to the
List-Managers mailing list with (garyb@outlawnet.com). The person who
normally does all the postmaster stuff here (Michael Berch), including
reviewing such messages, was out of the country for most of March, and I
didn't have enough spare time to keep up with it all myself. He's back
now, and more or less caught up, so things should be getting back to normal.

We have no interest in hosting such a database here. As you mention, there
are a number of issues involved.
