I had the same problem when I was asked to handle the mailing lists at my
work. I developed a simple list ownership website for people like myself
and managers who had little computer experience.
The site has been compiled of bits and pieces taken from the LISTSERV
User Guide by the EARN Association and the List Owner's Manual by L-Soft
international, Inc.
