This is a 'normal' list open to the public. I do not charge for
membership, and zubscription is the member's choice.

I think this is the heart of the matter. He has no given right to
participate on my list, and if I kick him off he has no recourse. Some
people are just chomping at the bit to sue. Perhaps he intends to drain my
million$. If so, he has quite a surprise in store.
