Many people have written to me off list citing the same thing: Never heard
of a case actually going to court. He and I did have a couple of email
exchanges, but for the most part I was silent. I never mentioned his name
on the list.

Gee Vince, thanks for offering to chart the waters for us. Perhaps
something truly significant will come of such a case (ie. setting
precedent for the rest of us).
